You know How to cook Chicken Meatball Pulao


Meatballs Ingredients 

1/2 kg Chicken Keema 

1 Onion finely chopped 

1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste 

1/4 tsp Cumin Powder 

1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder 

1/4 cup Mint & Coriander 

1/2 tsp Garam Masala 

1/2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder 

2 nos. Green Chillies finely chopped 

1/2 Egg

Mix all ingredients make small balls of Meatballs and shallow fry them from all sides

Pulao Ingredients 

1 1/2 cup Basmati Rice 

6 tbsp Oil 

5 Peppercorns 

3" Cinnamon Stick 

3 Cloves

2 Star Anise

2 Black Cardamom 

 Chicken Meatball Pulao

2 Bay Leaves

2 Onion finely sliced 

2 Tomato finely chopped 

Salt to taste

1/2 tspn Ginger Garlic Paste 

1/2 cup Curd

4 Green Chillies 

1/2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder 

1/2 tsp Coriander Powder 

1/2 tsp Cumin Powder 

1/2 tsp Garam Masala 

1/2 cup Coriander Mint leaves 

3 cup hot water 

2 Vegetable Maggi Cubes

1) Biryani Rice wash twice and soak in water for 30 minutes then drain water 

2) Take a non-stick pan / heavy bottomed pan

3) Heat a pan with Oil add Peppercorns, Cinnamon Stick, Cloves, Star Anise, Bay Leaves & Black Cardamom and saute it till the masala leaves its aroma 

4) Then add Onion and cook until translucent.

5) Add Tomato, Green Chillies, Cumin Powder and Ginger Garlic Paste saute till it gets soft.

6) Add Curd, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala mix it well

7) Add fried Meatballs and saute them for a while. Add drained rice & Vegetable cube & Salt stir it. Cover and cook on low flame for 2 minutes 

 Uncover the pan and sprinkle Coriander Mint leaves then cover and cook for 5 minutes 

9) Serve it garnish with Coriander leaves and lime wedges
