Foods that fight against cancer

The reason why crowds are flocking to cancer hospitals today is because of the big change in our eating habits. Anti-cancer nutrients are in the foods that we eat every day. Naturopathy doctor Deepa Saravanan says these foods can be eaten by anyone, not just cancer patients.

* We should give up buying foods that are packed for ease of work and luxury.

* Mainly grind spice powders at home

Carrots are high in beta carotene, an antioxidant that delays the growth of cancer cells and prevents them from destroying our body cells.
