Do you know prepare Curd puri recipe: Here is step by step guide


Ingredients

10 to 15 Golgappas (Pani Puri)

Half small bowl of tamarind chutney

Half a small bowl of green chutney

2 boiled potatoes

Half cup boiled peas

1 finely chopped onion

3 tablespoons of fine apples

Half a bowl of yogurt

1 tsp red pepper powder

Chaat masala powder 1 tsp

1 teaspoon finely sliced green coriander

Salt to taste 

Preparation 

First mash the boiled potatoes well. Now add finely chopped onions and boiled peas. Add a little salt to the curd and fry it well. Now break the hole in the middle of Panipuri with the help of thumb. Similarly prepare all the water puri and arrange it in a plate. Now fill half a teaspoon of potato and peas inside the panipuri. Now add tamarind chutney and green chutney in small quantity (you can add less or more to your taste)

Now put half-half spoon of crushed yogurt on it. Now sprinkle a little bit of chaat masala powder and red chilli powder on top. Now put the thin apples.  Now garnish with green coriander later. Ultimate street style yogurt puri is ready if you already have chutney you can prepare it instantly. But if you don't have the chutneys already, it doesn't matter. You can also make it with tomato sauce instead of tamarind sauce and chilli sauce instead of green sauce.

Suggestion

Tamarind chutney and green chutney you can add less or more according to your interest. Instead of chutney you can also use tomato sauce and chilli sauce.If you want to make it more healthy, you can also add moong sprouts instead of boiled peas
