Idiyappam and Mutton Pepper perfect combination at Hotel Millath,Royapettah
Chennai never ever stops at amazing me with it's food culture. It surely has a solution for all cravings at all times of the day. Woke up craving for a Non-Vegetarian breakfast and I ended up choosing Millath among other places that I had as options in hand.
Millath is a very reputed name in this side of the town. Not only for the cuisine they offer but they are also respected for their generous food offerings that they do during the Holy month of Ramadan. A place with its heart in the right place, I must say.
Well, the Idiyappam (₹40/5 pcs) and Mutton Pepper Sally (₹266.67) ticked all the boxes right for me. I think I did a sensible thing ordering this combination. Even Though, the gravy was a tad spicy it matched perfectly well with Idiyappam.

The Boneless Mutton cubes that had gotten stewed well in the spices had the bestest texture. Brain Pepper Fry (₹220) at Millath is always a winner to those who can tolerate chunks of onions unlike me. There was an average tasting Chicken Kothu Parotta (₹175) that I ordered about which I don't even want to talk about. So, let's skip the topic. Finishing touch was A la Royapettah style with a strong Tea (₹15).
