We always start the new year with good thoughts, ideas and planning to embellish new things. Everyone is planning somewhere to achieve our goals in the new year while we are struggling with what we have achieved, what we have decided, what happened and what left. This is what the new year is inspiring for us. You don't really need anything to start good things, but you need something.
New year is the best for that. That's why so many make a list of concepts in the new year. The most important resolution among these is to stay fit or healthy. Many start gym fresh, many start walking in the morning, some do yoga and focus on meditation. Most people want to lose weight in the new year are really good, but the new years resolution doesn't last long. We are brave from the beginning but to make something consistent it takes perseverance and determination, preparation of your mind.

See you will feel the difference in two days. Many don't even eat breakfast in the morning. Some people return the leftover rice at night and eat in the morning or many have the habit of eating poli (chapati) in the morning tea. Basically make sure there's nothing left over at night and always focus on eating fresh food.
This will reduce the unnecessary things will save on expenses and most importantly we will get used to eating fresh food. Wake up and make your favorite breakfast. Concentrate on getting more nutritional value out of it. So if you make pohe add peas, peanuts, tomatoes, coriander curry, carrots whatever you like. That will satisfy your body's need. You will stay fresh.
Remember the same thing during lunch. Eat fresh food seasonal and you can digest. Try to keep yourself away from preservative, fast food. It is better to eat homemade vegetable and bread than to go to a hotel and pay a lot of money. Always remember this. Those who are rich, have now started eating bread and vegetables instead of eating hotels, but we have traveled backwards. Eat something light at 4pm. Make dinner less than usual. Increase salad and vegetables by reducing chapati, roti, rice.
Early morning walk
Walking in fresh air in the morning has a great effect on the body. You can get rid of heart disorders, diabetes and many other diseases by walking 10 to 10 minutes every morning. So start walking regularly. Slowly grow into it.
Exercise -
Many people think that they don't find time to exercise in a life of rush and rush. But exercise is very important for the body. You don't have to go in or out of the gym for this. Even at home, you can keep your body fit by doing exercises like pushups, chest fly, chest skews, burpees at home. So you can resolve to exercise this new year.
Yoga
You don't have to go anywhere to do yoga. You can keep your health good by doing yoga for half an hour daily at home. Yoga helps you stay refreshed and calm the mind. The mind needs exercise as much as the body. This exercise can be done from yoga and meditation.
Drink a lot of water

Take a full sleep -
The body needs 8 hours of sleep every day. I feel tired because I can't complete sleep. So, pledge to sleep 8 to 9 hours this new year and follow it. Sleep is not about rolling. Don't look at mobile immediately before sleeping and after waking up. If you spend your time watching mobile, meditation, exercise and reading such things, your body and mind will be happy.So, are you giving priority to health in the new year!
