The Eggless karachi Biscuit Recipe is a crunchy melt in the mouth biscuits that has a delicious flavoured taste from the custard and vanilla and pineapple essence.
Ingredients
1 +1/2 cup maida
1/2 cup custard powder
3/4 cup icing sugar
100 gms unsalted butter
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp pineapple essence
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup tutti frutti
1/2 cup chopped cashew
Cooking Method
Firstly sieve maida custard powder & baking soda. Now in a mixing bowl mix butter & sugar with a spatula till it is soft & smooth. Now add essence tutti fruity and chopped cashew and mix well again. Now add the maida custard powder in 2-3 shifts and mix well. Now add milk little by little and knead a dough

Now divide the dough into two equal portions and shape each roll into a cylindrical roll and wrap them each separately int cling wrap. Now refrigerate it for 1 hour. then remove and open the cling wrap and cut each roll into 15-16 pieces with the help of a sharp knife . Arrange the biscuits in a baking tray and preheat the oven 180 degrees.

Now place the baking tray in oven and bake at 180 degree for 25 mins Cool the biscuits completely and serve or store them in an airtight container . Now take a small marble size portion of dough and give it a round shape and then flatten it by pressing between your palm to give a disc shape.
In this way prepare all the cookies. Now place 3-4 pieces of tutti frutti in the centre of the cookies and gently press it. Grease the baking tray and place the cookies leaving some gap in between. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 10 mins. Let it cook at room temperature. Store it in an airtight jar. Enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee
